The Andrews Business & Technology Center opened in 2006. The Center is a highly-advanced facility that offers workforce training and higher education opportunities for the growing needs of Andrews and the surrounding areas. Odessa College and The University of Texas of The Permian Basin have partnered with The Business & Technology Center to make higher education a reality for the City of Andrews. The combined effort of these two institutions has allowed the Center to offer college credit courses. This gives prospective students a wide selection of classes to register, enroll, and attend here in Andrews. The Odessa College Licensed Vocational Nursing Program is also located in our facility.
